To celebrate the Coronation of His Magnificent Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on 4 May 2019, Boon Rawd Brewery has printed the poster of Thailand's revered Chakri Kings from the company's 2018 calendar set, which won Second Prize at the 38th "Suriya Sasithorn" Prize hosted by the Thailand Public Relations Association. The artwork was actually made by 3 leading Thai artists. The portraits of the 10 Chakri Kings were drawn by Chenwit Thongkaew, and then digitised by Anuwat Sutthimaitree. The background illustration was drawn by Ise Ananphada, and the whole set was then put together by Design Motto Co. The actual poster is also printed with special gold highlights to achieve that magnificent look and feel. This has been my personal idea and project, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thailand exists as she does because the Kings of the Chakri Dynasty have all added and contributed to the land and its people. Without the Chakri Kings, we would not have the rich culture and arts we have today, nor the freedom of a kingdom enjoyed by the Thais for hundreds of years.
